All sales are final unless otherwise discussed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless you first contact us to request one.

If you believe you have a valid reason for a return, exchange, or refund (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), please email us at Jayce.baugh@thebutterflyproject.store within 5 days of delivery. We’ll review your request and let you know if an exception can be made.
