Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Butterfly Effect is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping provider to investigate.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.

We are unable to refund orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Delays
